Outcome: Awareness of imbalances and 3-5 corrective exercises

  • Postural photos and analysis
  • Breathing mechanics

  • Assessment Report with key corrective movements

Duration: 90 Minutes

Outcome: Thorough awareness of imbalances and 4 week corrective exercise program

Includes:

  • Static and Dynamic Postural analysis
  • Muscle length/tension measurements
  • Breathing mechanics
  • Structural anomalies screen
  • Core/spinal stability, coordination and strength
  • Physiological load
  • Assessment Report with detailed movement program and health foundations.
  • Duration: 4.5 Hours (split over 2 sessions)

    CHEK practitioners are trained to use both postural and movement assessment techniques that allow them to prescribe individualised exercise, stretching and mobilization routines.
